Refund Policy

Overview
We want billing to be fair and transparent. Because digital services and AI credits can be consumed immediately, refund eligibility depends on product type, usage, and the circumstances below.
Subscriptions
- Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
- Cancellation usually stops future renewals and keeps access active through the current paid period.
- Partial refunds for unused time are generally not provided unless required by law.
- Billing errors, duplicate charges, or wrong-plan charges should be reported within 14 days.
Credit packs
- Unused credit packs may be reviewed for refund within 14 days of purchase.
- Credit packs are generally non-refundable once any credits from the pack have been consumed.
- Promotional or discounted packs may be marked non-refundable at checkout.
How to request a refund
Email billing@zovaty.com with your account email, purchase date, order reference if available, and the reason for the request.
