This policy describes how refunds, cancellations, and billing disputes are handled for paid Zovaty products.

Refund Policy

Overview
We want billing to be fair and transparent. Because digital services and AI credits can be consumed immediately, refund eligibility depends on the product type, usage, and circumstances described below. This policy does not override mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction.
Subscription refunds
- Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled.
- If you cancel, you typically retain access until the end of the current paid period; we do not usually provide partial refunds for unused time in that period.
- If you were charged in error (duplicate charge, wrong plan, or technical billing failure on our side), contact us within 14 days and we will review the case.
- Refund requests made more than 14 days after a charge may be declined except where required by law.
Credit pack refunds
- Credit packs are one-time purchases that add credits to your balance.
- If credits from a pack have not been used, we may consider a refund within 14 days of purchase upon request.
- If any credits from the pack have been consumed, the pack is generally non-refundable because the digital value has been delivered.
- Promotional or discounted packs may be marked non-refundable at purchase.
Failed payments
If a subscription payment fails, we may retry the charge or restrict access to paid features until payment succeeds. You are responsible for keeping your payment method current in the customer billing portal. We are not responsible for fees charged by your bank or card issuer.
Cancellation
You can cancel a subscription through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal (linked from Billing) or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically delete your account or website content.
After cancellation, monthly subscription credits may no longer renew. Previously purchased credit pack balances may remain according to product rules at the time of purchase.
Chargebacks and disputes
If you dispute a charge with your bank before contacting us, we may suspend your account while the dispute is investigated. We encourage you to email billing@zovaty.com first so we can resolve issues quickly.
Abuse prevention
We may deny refunds or revoke credits if we reasonably believe abuse occurred, including but not limited to:
- Repeated refund requests after consuming credits or subscription benefits
- Fraudulent payment methods or chargeback abuse
- Violation of our Terms of Service or acceptable use rules
- Attempts to circumvent billing, credit limits, or promotional offers
How to request a refund
Email billing@zovaty.com with:
- Account email address
- Order or subscription reference (if available)
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the request
We aim to respond within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method when possible; timing depends on your payment provider.
